HEDLEY JOSEPH MARSHALL 1919 2006 Hedley Joseph passed away, after 87 years, quietly in his sleep on Friday, December 29, 2006. Hedley took enormous pride in his family. He was a loving husband to Audrey, who predeceased him by only three months; father to Barry and Debby, grandfather of five and great-grandfather of two. Hedley achieved many successes in hockey, curling and golf which amassed him a wealth of long-time family friends. Hedley also took pride in his five year Navy service in the Second World War. In his retirement years he spent time volunteering at the Naval Museum, marshalling at golf courses and supervising at many provincial campgrounds as well as snowbirding to Arizona. Hedley's life will be celebrated and his passing mourned at Christ Church Elbow Park (3602 8th Street SW) on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. (which would have been their 62nd anniversary) with The Rev. Dr. Roy Darcus officiating. Condolences may be forwarded to the family through www.commemorativeservices.ca.
